Preparation & Delivery Schedule:

At Physion Performance Meals, every dish is prepared with a strong commitment to freshness and quality. To ensure each meal reaches you at its best, our kitchen operates on a dedicated preparation schedule every Monday and Thursday.

Orders placed between Saturday and Monday before noon will be prepared in our Monday production cycle and delivered by Tuesday evening. Orders placed Monday afternoon through Thursday before noon will be prepared in our Thursday production cycle and delivered by Saturday evening.

This carefully structured schedule allows us to maintain the highest standards of freshness, flavor, and nutritional integrity in every Physion meal.
